Shipping policy

What company do you use for shipping ?

All order will be handling and processed in one business day after receiving payment, so please do not to push us to ship if we don’t receive your money.

We generally use FedEx or UPS ground service for small order.

If you need order urgently, please choose delivery guaranteed shipping method.

FedEx 2 day delivery service

For large order that can be packed in one pallet, we would use truck LTL service, there is 1 additional business day to schedule the pickup, tracking PRO # would be given one day delay than the FedEx/UPS ground service, hope you understand.

Where is the order shipped from ?

All products in our lighting store are stocked in USA warehouse, we have several warehouses across the United States, like the California, Texas, Ohio, Georgia and New York.

Therefore, we will ship the order from the closest warehouse near the shipping address in order for fast receipt of the goods. If the product in the closest inventory runs out of stock, we will ship from other warehouse that stock the item.

How long do I expect to receive the shipment after payment ?

Generally, 2-5 business days delivery time.

It depends on the distance between your location and our warehouse, if you are living close, you can get it in one business day.

Refund & Return Policy

We offer 30-day free return for customer order if you are not satisfied with our product performance or if you receive the wrong goods.

However, for large order, if you demand for return, (most of) product should not be used during these 30 days, if customer used all products, then we don’t accept any return because we cann’t sell them to other customer any more.

Also, for those return that is not our product quality or because of customer’s fault to order the wrong item (e.g. color, voltage etc. is wrong ),  customer is responsible to burden the two-way freight cost and 30% restocking fee would be charged.

Please inform us by email in advance saying you want to return the goods , our warehouse staff will not accept any uninformed return and the merchadise will be shipped back to you.

After we agree the return, we would give you instruction on the return address, contact info. so that everything can be arranged perfectly, our warehouse will get ready to sign the returned goods.

After checking all goods are in good condition by our warehouse staff, we will issue the refund.
