Can this 4ft LED t8 tube replace 4 ft t12 fluorescent bulbs ?
Yes, the T8 pins & T12 pins is the same though the end cap diameter is different, their two pins are both 0.5″.
What is the difference between type A+B tube and Type A tube ?
Type A+B tube & type A tube are both called hybrid tube, both only compatible with some part of ballasts in market, not all.
However, type A+B tube wiring is more flexible than the other. Please check their differences in this document.
e.g. If you buy a type A tube and find the “plug & play” tube is incompaitble with the exisiting ballast, then you cannot direct wire the tube by removing the ballast. While type A+B tube allows you to do so.
