Do you offer glass cover for this wall pack ?
Yes, we offer glass cover for our wall pack, we have stocked the glass diffuser in USA warehouse, and our warehouse staff can exchange it if you want to buy it. And it charges a few dollars more for labor cost.
What is the difference between non-cutoff wall pack VS full cutoff wall pack ?
Non-cutoff wall pack is the standard wall packs(sometimes called semi-cutoff) that can throw the lightbeam further forward than the full cutoff wall pack, it is usually used to mount on high exterior walls in order to light up broader walkways or paths.
Whereas, the full cutoff wall pack is applied to avoid glare effect, all light beam is directed downward to the ground, no light can throw out of its horizontal shield.
You can just remember that the light is fully cut off and only has one direction of illumination.
