Frequently Asked Questions
Do you supply emergency battery backup for this LED panel light 2x4 ?
Yes, we offer 20w LED emergency battery for our 2×4 drop ceiling light panel, it is stocked in USA warehouse.
What is the difference between LED edge lit panel light VS LED backlit panel lights ?
This slim LED flat panel is edge lit version, because the LED chips are soldering on the four edges of the panel frame, so we need a light guide plate(LGP) to make the light more uniform and direct the horizontal light downward.
While the backlit LED version, its LED chips are just on the back of the panel, you can see lightspots when you look up to the fixture, too much glaring to the eyes and may cause disconfort. Because it doesn’t need the LGP, so price is less costly.
Do you have any wiring diagram instruction for this 2' x 4' LED flat panel light ? how does it wire to the 0-10 volt dimmer ?
